| Abstract: | This article discussed the connotation of the entrepreneur human capital,in the foundation, by the use of the thought of "the property right ties",this article carries on the analysis from the entrepreneur human capital angle to enterprise’s growth. Finally,enterprise’s growth mechanism on the basis of the entrepreneur human capital is proposed. |
