| 摘 要： | 北京作为中国的首都,发展和建设商务中心区,是首都经济功能扩展的必然需要,对于推动北京经济社会发展,改善北京城市形象,确立北京在经济全球化中的地位,都有重要的意义。对北京商务中心区(CBD)的区域用地情况、建筑以及交通规划三个主要内容做了详细分析。

| Abstract: | Beijing,as China's capital,we should attach importance on the construction of Central Business District. It is necessary to expand economic function for Beijing to promote economic and social development,improve the image of Beijing city. To establish Beijing the status in the economic globalization is important. This article elaborates on Beijing Central Business Distric(tCBD)of the regional land use,construction;transportation planning and the three main elements are analyzed in detail. |
