汽油质量升级项目对汽油产品符合标准性的影响

为使胜利油田分公司石油化工总厂成品汽油完全符合国Ⅲ质量标准的要求,在汽油质量升级过程中,根据该厂汽油质量状况,新建催化汽油选择性加氢及脱己烷塔装置。从质量理论角度讲述了新工艺的可行性。实验数据表明,质量升级后,汽油硫含量、烯烃及苯含量均达到国Ⅲ标准的要求。

Influence of Upgrade Project about Gasoline Quality on the Standard Conformability of Gasoline Products

In order to make finished gasoline conform to the request of National Ⅲ quality standard completely,Shengli General Petrochemical Works of Oilfield Corporation,based on the situation of gasoline quality at its factory,has built up the equipment of adding hydrogen and deethanizer selectively for the catalysis of gasoline during the upgrade process of gasoline quality.Then the feasibility of new technology is explained from the angle of quality theory.At last,test data indicate that the contents of sulfur,olefin and benzene all conform to the requests of national Ⅲ standards after the upgrade of quality.
