企业绿色环境战略定位——中国企业实施绿色战略的进程策略

本文从发达国家企业环境战略的发展历程开始分析,提出企业的四种绿色战略层次定位,即绿色遵循战略、绿色竞争优势战略、绿色可持续战略和绿色战略联盟。在此基础上,结合中国企业发展现状,探讨了中国企业实施绿色战略的进程策略。

Enterprise green environment strategy position——Chinese enterprise applying green strategy's process strategy

Based on the analysis on the development r ocess of the environmental strategy of developed countries' enterprises, four level positioning of enterprise green strategy was proposed: i.e. green following strategy, green competing advantage strategy, green sustainable development strategy, and green strategy alliance. Combined with the current situation of Chinese enterprises, the process methods of green strategy in Chinese enterprises were discussed.
