| 摘 要： | 本文采用层次分析法建立大农业类上市公司投资价值综合评价指标体系,对A股大农业类160家上市公司的综合情况进行排序,评价大农业类上市公司投资价值。评价结果表明,大农业类上市公司发展水平参差不齐,在投资价值上差距悬殊;酿酒业上市公司具有较高的投资价值,而肥料制造业上市公司投资价值不高;专注于主业发展或关联多元化发展且主营业务突出的上市公司综合竞争力和投资价值较高,而主业不突出、非关联多元化发展且治理结构存在显著缺陷的上市公司核心竞争力与投资价值相对较低。
