自20世纪70年代实行计划生育以来,我国已成功控制了人口的过快增长,取得了举世瞩目的成就。但随着时间的推移,也带来了很多社会问题,如人口老龄化、男女性别比例失调、独生子女家庭问题严重、生育权利不平等,等等。因而,应对现行的计划生育政策进行调整。调整建议是:“奖一、

"Encourage One,Broaden Two,Prohibit Three" :Suggestion on Regulation of China's Family Planning Policy

Our country has successfully controlled the rapidly growing of the population,which attracted the worldwide attention,since the Family Planning Policy has been put into effect in the 1970's.However,as time goes on,this policy brings out many social problems,such as aging of population,disproportion between man and woman,serious singleton problems,unfair bearing rights and so on.Therefore we have to regularize the present Family Planning Policy.Here is the proposition:encourage one,broaden two and prohibit three, that is give award to one child parents;make it free in having two children;no giving birth to three.
