| 摘 要： | 将项目群管理理论引入IT项目进度管理,定义IT项目群管理的基本单位——工作项目,对各工作项目之间的自由逻辑关系和强制逻辑关系进行分析。将工作项目分为自由工作项目和非自由工作项目两类,并在项目群的视角下综合分析两类工作项目进度延误的影响效应,构建了IT项目进度延误惩罚模型。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the theory of project process management into IT project schedule management,and defines the basic unit of IT project group management,namely working group,and analyzes the logical relationship between them. Then it divides working group into free working group and freedom working group, and studies the delay effects of two different kinds of working group under the perspective of project group,and constructs the schedule delay penalty model of IT project. |
