| 摘 要： | 利用1997-2010年的数据,通过主成分分析构建经济系统、环境系统的综合发展水平指数,利用回归分析方法,对我国东北地区的经济增长与环境质量的关系进行了实证研究,并利用模糊数学隶属度函数计算了经济系统与环境系统的协调度。实证结果表明:我国东北地区的环境质量与经济发展之间存在EKC关系;在目前及今后一段时期内,随着经济的发展,环境系统承受的压力仍将逐渐增大;东北地区环境系统与经济系统的发展基本处于弱协调状态。

| Abstract: | Using the data during 1997-2010 ,this paper constructs the comprehensive development level indexes of economic system and environ- mental system by using the method of principal component analysis. And it empirically analyzes the relationship between economic growth and environmental quality in Chings northeast region through the OLS regression analysis,and calculates the coordination degree between them by the fuzzy membership function. The results show as follows：there is an environmental Kuznets inverted-U relationship between economic system and environmental system in northeast region; the coordination between these two systems is weak. |
