| 摘 要： | 我国商业银行“两高两低”的现实表明自身潜伏着一定的信用风险。目前我国国有商业银行正在面临改制上市,如何在改制上市中有效防范财务风险关系到我国国民经济改革的进程与安全。本文旨在探讨改制上市过程中应建立储蓄保险机制、偿债保障机制和财务预警机制等相关的风险防范机制问题。

| Abstract: | There exists some credit risks in commercial bank in China.At present,state-owned commercial bank in China is reforming the system,but how to effectively defense financial risks in reform has a great deal to national economic reform.Therefore the paper offers some defensive mechanics,such as:deposit insurance mechanics,debt paying mechanics,and finance forewarning mechanics,etc.against financial risks. |
