| 摘 要： | 我国目前直销法律规制还存在一些不足之处,需要从完善直销含义,降低直销企业准入门槛,取消直销员薪酬比例限制,明确直销企业、直销员与消费者之间的关系等方面进行完善。

| Abstract: | There are still some deficiencies in direct selling in China's current legal regulations.We should perfect them through improving the meaning of direct selling,reducing the access threshold for enterprises,abolishing the restrictions on the proportion of pay and clearing the relationship among direct sales enterprises,direct sales and the consumers. |
