对促进中小企业发展政策历史变迁的反思

中小企业的发展离不开政府的政策支持和全方位的服务。我国促进中小企业发展政策经历了曲折发展、倾斜发展和统一协调发展三个阶段。当前政府在促进中小企业发展的进程中还存在没有为中小企业提供政治上的充分保障、促进中小企业发展的法律法规不健全、各级政府执行促进中小企业发展政策的力度不够和政府为中小企业发展提供的公共服务缺乏针对性等问题。应通过为中小企业提供政治上的保障、完善促进中小企业发展的法律法规体系、加大保护中小企业发展政策的执行力度、有针对性地提供满足中小企业需求的公共服务等措施来促进中小企业的健康发展。
