新经济时代知识企业人才价值定位

摘    要:传统企业理论讨论企业性质一般都是根基于传统经济形态展开的,到了新经济时代隐性知识成了最重要的必不可少的核心的经济资源,而隐性知识具有功能上的专用性、运用上的主动性、转变为显性知识和产权固化的困难性、计量定价的艰巨性和交易不易,决定了通过缔结长期契约运用隐性的经济性,据此我们发展了传统的企业理论,并且依据发展后的企业理论探讨了新经济时代知识企业如何确定拥有特定隐性知识的人才的价值定位。

Abstract:Traditional enterprise theory studies the nature of enterprises basing on traditional economic pattern, while in new economic era, the intangible knowledge becomes the indispensable, core economic resource, which is specilized in function, active in application, difficult in transformation to tangible knowledge and property confirmation, hard in evaluation and transaction, which in turn determines the application of the economic nature of intangible knowledge by making long term contract. Basing on such realization, we develop the traditional enterprise theoty, and deal with how the knowledge-based enterprises evaluate the human resource with particular intangible knowledge according to the newly-developed theoty, in the attempt to provide some theoretical reference for newly-developed knowldege-based enterprises.
