凉粉草水煎液的高效液相色谱离子阱质谱分析研究

摘    要:目的建立凉粉草水煎液化学成分的高效液相色谱离子阱质谱分析方法。方法凉粉草采用水煎煮,煎煮液采用高效液相色谱离子阱质谱对其主要化学成分进行分析研究。结果在优化的实验条件下,凉粉草水煎液的高效液相色谱质谱图中有16个明显的色谱峰,其中8个通过离子阱多级质谱进行了结构推测鉴定,5个通过对照品得到了化合物确证。结论高效液相色谱离子阱质谱是凉粉草化学成分分析鉴定的有效手段。

Abstract:Objective A high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with ion trap mass spectrometry (HPLC-IT-MS) method was established for the identification of the chemical components in water extract of Mesona chinensis Benth. Methods Mesona chinensis Benth. was extracted with water, and the extract was analyzed by HPLC-IT-MS. Results Under the optimized experimental conditions, 16 major peaks were obtained in the chromatogram, and 8 of them were identified by the MS and MSn information obtained by IT-MS. Moreover, 5 of the 8 identified compounds were confirmed according to the reference substances. Conclusion HPLC-IT-MS is a powerful tool for the rapid identification of the chemical components present in Mesona chinensis Benth.
