普通高校人才流失特征

摘    要:普通高校人才流失严重影响着我国人才的培养。本文引用大量的资料对我国普通高校人才流动的特征进行了全面系统的分析,分析结果显示:在高校人才流失是普遍存在的;综合类院校和重点院校人才呈正增长,其它院校呈负增长;国家重点院校的人才以流向国外为主,其它院校的人才以流向重点院校为主,以及大城市和沿海地区;高校人才流动主要以45岁以下的中青年教师为主。

Abstract:The sevious loss of the talented persons in average colleges and universities influences the training of talented persons. In this paper, authors analyze systematically characteristics of in average colleges and universities of our country with a large number of data. The loss of talents is widespread existence in general colleges and universities. The the in- crease of talented personel gradually in the university and decrease in other colleges and universities. The talented persons from top institutions of higher learning go mainly abroad and talents from other colleges and universities go mainly to top institutions of higher learning, large cities and coastal area, and the teachers transfering jobs are mainly middle aged and young teachers.
