Shallow Theory of Enterprise Strategy

Chinese enterprises are in an important era of the transition and innovation of management. The intense change of external environment, especially competitive environment makes strategic management crucial to enterprises living and developing in long-term. Based on the overview of enterprise strategy for the theoretical basis, the paper proposed enterprise strategic problems, and put forward some effective ways to solve the problem.
