| Abstract: | The standard of liquidation price is used to estimate and determine the objective and reasonable price of the real estate of bankrupt corporation, which is on the basis of analyses of the particularity of the real estate of bankrupt corporation . This paper provides the real estate value reference for the bankrupt corporation to carry out bankrupt liquidation. |
