银行“贱卖”之争的重要启迪

2005年8月以来，我国经济金融界爆发了一场有关国有商业银行股权是否被贱卖的争论。对此，应运用马克思主义的观点来清醒地认识境外战略投资者的本质，对引进境外战略投资者的正负面影响及其作用要有实事求是的估计。金融是一个国家的经济命脉，其改革兼并涉及国家经济安全，应进行充分的论证；金融对外开放必须坚持对等原则。坚持民族化；中资银行应通过卧薪尝胆、艰苦奋斗、增强自主创新能力来全面提升其国际竞争力。

Significant Enlightenment for the Debate of "Undervaluing"

Since August,2005, a debate whether selling equity of state-owned commercial banks is undervaluing or not has broken out in economy and finance theory communities. For this, the nature of strategy investors from the overseas should be clearly identified by using Marxism opinion, making a practical and realistic estimate on the positive and negative impact and function of introducing strategy investors overseas. Finance is the economic lifeline for a country. Finance reformation is related to the national economy safety and should be thoroughly expounded and proved; Opening finance should keep the rule of equality, and rule of nationalization; China-funded banks should promote their overall international competition power by stooping to conquer, hard-working, enhancing innovation capability of their own.
