| 摘 要： | 以布迪厄的资本再生产为理论视角,在徽村田野调查的基础上分析了旅游场域中体制精英的资本转换过程。研究表明,老葛书记作为体制精英,在旅游发展过程中迅速将政治资本与社会资本转换为经济资本,成为当地最有权势的乡村精英,实现了精英的再生产。

| Abstract: | Taking the bourdieu＇s capital reproduction theory for theoretical perspective, based on the Hui village field sur- vey, the author analysis the process of the village elite＇s capital conversion in the tourism field. Result shows that as an in- stitution elite, the elder Ge secretary, converted political capital and social capital to economic capital in the process of tourism development. He become the most powerful village elite, achieve the elite reproduction. |
