| 摘 要： | 刑法修正案（八）通过表决首次将＂社区矫正＂纳入了刑法,这意味着社区矫正工作在我国全面正式地开展,由此也对我国检察机关检察监督工作在法律上、程序上和手段力度上提出了挑战。为应对这些挑战,我国应积极构建完备的社区矫正法律法规,健全社区矫正工作机制,完善社区矫正的检察监督程序,构建多元化检察监督模式,并将检察监督与查办预防职务犯罪结合起来,促进中国特色的社区矫正制度健康发展。

| Abstract: | Community correction is passed the vote by the eighth amendment of criminal law,and officially launched in our country.Thus,it brings challenges on law,procedure and means of procuratorial supervision.To address these challenges,the procuratorial organs should build a comprehensive community corrections laws and regulations on procuratorial supervision,improve the community correction mechanism,enhance the inspection and supervision of community correction program,build a diversified pattern of procuratorial supervision and inspection mode,combine the prosecutorial supervision and duty crime prevention together and promote community correction system in the healthy development with Chinese characteristics. |
