借鉴国际经验 完善我国农村合作金融体系

目前我国农村合作金融存在着经营单打独斗、缺乏持续的政策支持、合作金融法规缺失等问题。应借鉴德国、美国、法国、日本的成功经验,完善我国农村合作金融体系,遵循合作制原则建立全国统一的结算体系,加大政策扶持力度,尽快研究的制定《合作金融法》和《合作银行法》等法律法规,使其在我国农村经济中发挥重要作用。
