| 摘 要： | 国有企业的性质和地位决定国有企业在履行社会责任方面应起到带头和表率的作用。但我国国有企业承担社会责任的状况并不理想,有的甚至还侵害社会利益。构建我国国有企业履行社会责任的长效机制需要从制度、机制、法制上予以规范,需要企业自身、政府以及社会的共同努力。
