论非公有制经济财产权的物权法保护

物权法作为保护财产权的核心法律,应平等保护国家、集体和私有财产权。我国目前正在议定的物权法应完善对私有财产权的保护:确立物权法财产权平等保护的指导思想、物权法应明确非公有制经济财产权的范围、对非公有制经济财产权要有特定指涉性的物权保护规范,以促进不同所有制经济和谐发展。

On non public ownership economic property's property right protection

As a central law securing the property right,the property law should protect private property right equal to state's and collective's.Recently,private property ownership right should be perfectly secured by the agreeing law of property right by taking measures,for example,of establishing the guidelines of equally protecting varieties of ownership property right,definiting demonstrably the scope of property right law on the property right of non-public ownership,and enacting the norms of protection being special reference to private property right.
