| 摘 要： | 博览业是当前国际社会的一个重要产业 ,能促进现代化国际大城市的综合发展 ,同时对其他产业具有高度的辐射性和带动性。但是其建设投资巨大 ,必须同时考虑其周边的开发 ,以提高其建设项目的建设效益。作者分析了上海博览业建设与周边地块开发的互动关系 ,并根据城市发展与博览业状况实际 ,提出了点与点、面与面的博览业发展与周边地块开发互动效用的实现形式。

| Abstract: | Exhibition industry is deemed as an important walk to shape an international or global city and release its energy to influence the surrounding areas. Due to large sum of money involved in exhibition industry, development of surrounding land should be planned in advance. Taking Shanghai as a case, the author studies the interaction of exhibition construction and surrounding land development and practical measures to deal with it. |
