供应链模型评价体系的研究——以推系统与拉系统的模拟为例

当今世界,如何使自己企业的供应链能够更有效率的运作,便成为了许多管理人员继续考虑的一个问题。基于此背景下,许多供应链的优化模型被理论界提出。针对传统的模型存在一些不足之处,通过采用系统模拟的方法,提出了一套新的评价系统,应用了权衡曲线的原理,并考察了在需求发生变化的情况下决策的适应情况,给出不同情景下的决策建议。

Research on Evaluating the Supply Chain Model by Push and Pull System

In today＇s world, many managers consider more and more on the issue that how to make the supply chain more efficient. Based on this background, a number of supply chain optimization models are proposed by theorists. However, there are some drawbacks in these traditional models, in this paper, by using the simulation; we set up a new evaluation system. By considering the trade-off curve principle, and the adaptation of different demand situation, we give the suggest of decision-making under the different scenarios.
