Toward the Direction and Focus of Management System Reform for Competitive Sectors

Competitive sectors refer to those that have no natural monopoly.For China's competitive sectors,there exist such problems as political involvement in management,default of function transition,sector monopoly,heavy barriers to entrance and exit,and imperfection of sector regulations.The reform direction and focus should include the separation between politics and management,capital,supervision and society,so to improve sector management system,to break monopoly and protection from local government,to enhance entrance and exit channels and to perfect sector regulations.
