我国参与及发起国际大科学计划相关研究综述

本文从国际大科学计划与大科学工程的概念、研究阶段、国际发起经验、我国组织实践与参与经验等方面，总结现有研究方向，依序综述我国与国际大科学计划与大科学工程相关研究的现状；并认为本世纪相关研究推进与建言献策可分为三个阶段，这些研究与我国的相关参与及发起相辅相成，为我国国际大科学计划与工程的发起提供助益。本文还整理了我国牵头组织国际大科学计划与工程的优势与风险、牵头工程的准备与推进状况以及学界的相关建议。

Summary of participation and initiation of the international science programs of China

This paper summarizes the existing research directions from the aspects of the concept, research stage, launching experience, China''s participation experience and organizational practice of international big science projects, and summarizes the current situation of research related to international big science programs and big science projects in China in order. The promotion of relevant research and suggestions in this century can be divided into three stages. These studies complement China''s relevant participation and initiation, and also provide help for the initiation of China''s international major science programs and projects. This paper also sorts out the advantages and risks of China''s leading organization of international major science programs and projects, the preparation and progress of some representative projects, and the relevant suggestions from the academic community.
