吉尔吉斯斯坦经济转型中投资环境及中国对其投资前景分析

1991年底苏联解体，中亚国家在很大程度上“被动”地实现了国家独立。由于苏联经济体制模式的失败和对西方经济体制的推崇，吉尔吉斯斯坦宣布放弃原有的计划经济体制向市场经济转变，着手实行经济体制改革。文章从吉尔吉斯斯坦经济转型、引进外资等方面进行分析，探索欠发达国家吉尔吉斯斯坦经济转型、引进外资和投资环境之间的关系。良好的投资环境是吸引外资的重要条件，也是经济转型成功的体现，资本短缺和经济状况恶化成为制约吉国经济改革的根本原因。中国在吉尔吉斯斯坦投资取得了很大进展，存在着优势，有很大的拓展空间。

Kyrgyzstan Economic Transition and Investment Environment

With collapsing of the Soviet Union in the end of 1991, the Central Asian countries are largely ＂passive＂ in achieving national independence. Since the failure of the Soviet economic system model and the esteem of the western economic system, Kyrgyzstan renounced giving up the original planned economy, started to implement economic reform. This article explored the relationship of economic transformation, foreign capital, investment environment of Kyrgyzstan. Good investment environment is an important con- dition for better attracting foreign investment, which reflects the success of economic transformation. Cap- ital shortage and deteriorating economic condition were the root cause to constraint the economic reform of Kyrgyzstan. Chinese investment in Kyrgyzstan has made great progress, which will provide more and more opportunities for China.
