| 摘 要： | 随着中国-东盟自由贸易区建设进程的快速推进,旅游业成为广西与东盟国家实现对接的最有潜力的产业之一。而高素质的旅游人才在旅游业发展中起着战略性、基础性和决定性作用。在分析广西与东盟旅游人力资源开发合作优势的基础上,探讨了加快广西与东盟旅游人力资源开发合作的对策。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the Sino-ASEAN Free Trade Zone,tourism has become one of the most potential industries in the integration of Guangxi and ASEAN countries.Qualified personnel are taking a strategic,fundamental and decisive role in the growth of tourism.Probing into the superior precondition for joint development of tourism human resources between Guangxi and ASEAN,this paper tries to identify the strategy for accelerating co-cooperation in this regard between the two. |
