上海创意产业园区旅游开发——国外创意产业园区开发经验借鉴

发展创意产业不但符合上海市“新型产业结构”的总体规划和“科教兴市”的战略，实现由“中国制造”走向“中国创造”的必经之路，而且创意产业拥有丰富的都市旅游资源。上海创意产业园区旅游开发正处于初期阶段，分析其旅游开发现状和存在问题，借鉴创意产业起步较早国家的成功经验，为上海创意产业园区旅游开发提供新思路，从上海市政府、中介机构和创意产业园区管理等多视角实现园区的可持续旅游发展，实现“创意，让城市更美好”。

Studies on Tourism Development of Shanghai Creative Industry Parks --The Development Experience of Creative Industry Parks abroad

The development of creative industries in Shanghai is not only in line with the overall planning of a new industrial structure, and the strategy of revitalizing the city through science and education, but it is the only way to achieve the ＂Made in China＂ to ＂China to Create＂ as well. What＇s more important, creative industries are rich in urban tourism resources. At present, the tourism development of Shanghai creative industry parks is in its infancy. This paper analyses the status and problems of tourism development in Shanghai creative industry parks. Although the overall number of Shanghai creative industry parks occupies in absolute superiority in China, their tourism development conditions are not yet very mature. However, thanks to the great tourism value of creative industry parks, their tourism development potentials are enormous. With developed countries＇ successful experience of creative industries tourism development, new ideas for tourism development are provided to Shanghai creative industry parks. In conclusion, the following will promote the sustainable tourism development of Shanghai creative in- dustry parks, such as the government＇s macroeconomic strategy and funding support, non--profit organizations active participation, optimization of the management of creative industry parks, and enhancing the awareness of citizens＇ creativity and so on.
