| Abstract: | Under the background of economic globalization,in order to expand the business scale of enterprises,merger and acquisition become a good choice for enterprises.This paper takes Alibaba's merger and acquisition of Eleme as an example,studies the motivations behind Alibaba's merger and acquisition of Eleme.The paper analyzes the financial risks brought by merger and acquisition to Alibaba,a typical internet enterprise,and provides valuable suggestions for merger and acquisition of internet enterprises. |
