关于基建项目全过程管理的探讨

高校的基础设施建设是保障师生日常教学、科研及生活的基础,对高校综合实力的提升起着重要促进作用。随着“双一流”建设推动高等教育的整体发展,高校的建设规模和数量不断扩大,这对高校的基建工作提出了新的更高要求。论文从实际出发,在分析高校基建管理现存问题的基础上,分别从全过程管理的各个阶段探讨基建项目管理的重点和方法,希望对高校相关人员提供一定的借鉴。

Discussion on the Whole Process Management of Capital Construction Project

The infrastructure construction of colleges and universities is the basis for guaranteeing the daily teaching,scientific research and life of teachers and students,and plays an important role in promoting the overall strength of colleges and universities.As the construction of"double first-class"promotes the overall development of higher education,the scale and number of colleges and universities continue to expand,which puts forward new and higher requirements for the infrastructure work of colleges and universities.Starting from reality,this paper discusses the key points and methods of infrastructure project management from various stages of the whole process management on the basis of analyzing the existing problems of infrastructure management in colleges and universities,hoping to provide some reference for relevant personnel in colleges and universities.
