基于KPI的航天科研项目绩效考核研究

近年来,随着中国经济的不断发展,航空航天事业也迎来了宝贵的发展机遇。为满足高速发展的时代需求,我国的航空航天事业不断突破已有成就,大力提升自主创新能力,取得了前所未有的辉煌成就,成为我国当前阶段现代化建设发展的主力军,使得我国在国际航空航天发展领域的地位逐渐提升。航天科研项目属于高精尖的研究领域,涉及的科研项目众多,如机械、电气、控制、仿真等专业方面,同时涉及的人员众多,涉及的岗位广泛。此外,由于航空航天事业对于国家的发展十分重要,因而对于该领域发展的监管十分必要。论文主要针对航天科研领域项目基于KPI的绩效考核进行研究探讨,仅供参考。

Research on the Performance Appraisal of Space Scientific Research Projects Based on KPI

In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,aerospace industry has also ushered in valuable development opportunities.In order to meet the needs of the era of rapid development,China's aerospace industry continues to break through the existing achievements,vigorously improve the ability of independent innovation,has made unprecedented brilliant achievements,become the main force of China's current stage of modernization development,making China's status in the international aviation and aerospace development field gradually improve.Space scientific research project is a sophisticated research field,which involves a large number of scientific research projects,such as machinery,electrical,control,simulation and other professional aspects,at the same time involves a large number of personnel and a wide range of positions.In addition,due to the importance of the aerospace industry to the development of the country,it is necessary to regulate the development of this field.This paper mainly discusses the performance appraisal based on KPI in the field of aerospace scientific research projects,for reference.
