The reconstruction of station throat needs to be completed within the blockade point without affecting the railway operation.How to complete the construction task safely,efficiently,and feasibly,the key is to formulate a detailed and feasible plan,and the construction organization is the key to determining whether the plan is feasible.Therefore,the paper discusses the construction organization design and construction technology plan combined with the construction situation of the assembly turnout in the throat area of Harbin Station.
