| 摘 要： | 为提高公司对建筑的投资收益,使基础建设至今仍能够有效地发挥出其最大的效益,需要通过必要的科学合理的方法来进行控制。论文介绍了工程概预算的概念与当前建筑工程中存在的一些问题,主要通过分析这些问题来说明工程概预算的重要性,进而在工程造价的源头上进行控制,表明工程概预算对工程造价的影响。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the company's investment income on construction and make the infrastructure construction still play its maximum benefit effectively,it is necessary to control it through necessary and scientific and reasonable methods.This paper introduces the concept of project budget and some problems existing in current construction projects.Through the analysis of these problems to illustrate the importance of the project budget,and control it in the source of the project cost,show that the influence of project budget on the project cost. |
