摘    要:随着社会经济的快速发展,事业单位对人力资源管理工作提出了更高的要求,需要对自身的发展现状以及发展方向进行明确的把握,将其作为基础建立合理的管理方案和管理制度,进一步发挥事业单位人力资源管理的作用与价值。从事业单位的现状来看,其人力资源配置与管理仍然存在一定的问题与不足,需要进一步完善。对此,论文围绕事业单位人力资源的配置与管理展开论述,并提出了有关策略与建议。

Abstract:With the rapid development of society and economy,public institutions put forward higher requirements for human resources management work.They need to clear grasp of their own development status and development direction,and establish reasonable management plan and management system based on them,so as to further play the role and value of human resources management in public institutions.From the current situation of public institutions,there are still some problems and deficiencies existing in their allocation and management of human resources,which need to be further improved.Therefore,the paper discusses the allocation and management of human resources in public institutions,and puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions.
