传统知识的知识产权保护探讨

在现代社会,传统知识的价值凸现。对传统知识的不当利用日益增加,这不仅危及了传统知识的生命力,而且侵害了权利主体的合法利益。传统知识作为一种私权,应当纳入到知识产权法律制度的视野。首先应在国家层面,完善本国的知识产权法律制度,以此为基础推动保护传统知识的国际知识产权规则的构建。
