浅析宏观质量评价指标体系的构建

随着国民经济的快速发展，提高质量水平已成为我国在宏观层面上参与全球更大范围、更广领域和更高层次经济合作与竞争的关键步骤。如何采用量化的指标对我国宏观质量水平作出整体评价和判断，掌握和了解我国质量发展水平和态势，是当前质量技术监督工作中的一个重要的、迫切的需求。文章从质量的定义和特性入手，分析了影响质量水平的各个因素，对如何建立宏观质量水平评价指标作了分析和探讨。

Establishment of Index System of Macro-Quality Estimation

With the rapid development of national economic, the improvement of quality plays the key role in the wider and higher global economic cooperation and competition.
