| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了控制权私利测算方法的相关文献,描述了中国上市公司控制权私利的现状;在前人研究基础上充分结合中国上市公司特有的制度背景建立了一个改进的控制权私利度量模型,并运用该模型对中国上市公司的控制权私利水平进行了度量,进而对控制权私利的影响因素进行了相关性分析;论文最后总结了实证结论,并给出了若干政策建议。
