论孔子“仁”学思想在人力资源管理中的运用

摘    要:孔子的"仁"学思想,是其思想的主旨,他在不同的地方对不同的人作了不同的解释,但这些解释并不矛盾,而是互为补充的。尤其是"泛爱众"、"民之于仁,甚于水火"、"己所不欲勿施于人"、"已欲立而立人,己欲达而达人"等思想对今天人力资源管理的管理实践,其意义之深远重大是毋容质疑的。本文重点讨论了孔子"仁"学思想在人力资源管理中的运用价值。

Abstract:Confucius "Ren" thoughts, is the thrust of his thought. He made difierent interpretations to diffierent different people in different place, but these explanations are not contradictory but complementary. In particular, the "pan-loving public," "people's benevolence, even untold miseries", " lost her way on others", "Who has to stand for thyself, and pursues" to today's human resources management of management practice, its great and farreaching meaning is beyond question. This article focuses on the use value of Confucius "Ren" thoughts in human Resource management.
