| 摘 要： | 在借鉴《项目管理知识体系》(PMBOK)和GB，T50326—2001《建设工程施工项目管理规范》的基础上，结合施工实际从项目全生命周期、项目全管理过程、项目全管理要素和项目全产品价值链4个方面对建设工程施工项目管理进行全面、有效地集成，从而建立起比较清晰、全面、结构化和层次化的建设工程施工项目管理体系框架。
