| 摘 要： | 针对教师评价的复杂性、模糊性和多变性，基于模糊理论建立了一套教师模糊评价系统。计算机仿真的结果表明，该系统满足教师实际考核的需要，能够对教师进行客观、公正、恰当的评价，为教师考核评价提供了一种新的工具。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors develop a Teacher Evaluation System by applying fuzzy logic theory to solve the complex, fuzzy, changeable problems in teacher evaluating process. The computer simulation results show that the system can meet the needs of teacher evaluation in reality and can evaluate the performance of teachers objectively, impartially and felicitously. This provides a new powerful tool for teacher evaluation. |
