| 摘 要： | 从配送报价、物流企业综合实力、物流服务水平、企业物流运行质量、物流成本等五个主要影响移动物流配送服务商的因素,确立了有5个层次、17项指标构成的移动物流配送服务商的评价指标体系,并用层次分析法确定了各评价指标的权重,然后建立了移动物流配送服务商能力的模糊综合评判模型。最后应用具体实例进行了实证分析。
