| 摘 要： | 大学城建设在一定程度上促进了我国高等教育事业发展改革,但在建设运作过程中却出现诸多问题,如规划不科学、土地资源浪费严重,资源难以共享,产学研尚未良好结合,文化底蕴缺失,融资债务问题凸显等。因此,在总结反思的基础上提出发展建议,对促进大学城的可持续发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | In a certain degree, the construction of university town accelerates the development and reform of our higher education, but during the period of construction and operation, many problems turn up, such as the layout is unscientific; the waste of glebe is serious; resources could hardly be shared; the coalescence of producing, learning and research has not come into being; the cultural base is unperfect; the margin and obligation problem is ubiquitous, and so on. So, putting forward some suggestions at the basis of introspector is very important to accelerate the continuable development of university town |
