| 摘 要： | 近年来企业绩效评价问题受到了理论界和实务界的普遍重视,国内外有关该领域的研究文献非常丰富。本文通过总结相关文献,发现有关绩效评价系统在企业内部动态演进的研究较少,在国内基本上是空白,建议应加强对其进行研究。
