一类基于客户满意的LRP问题研究

随着全球贸易的快速增长，企业提高分销效率和获得高的客户满意度成为了企业在激烈竞争中获得战略制高点的必由之路。建立了基于客户满意且配送总成本最小的的一类LRP问题模型，采用启发式两阶段算法：首先确定配送中心的分配问题；然后，通过遗传算法给出车辆配送的路线；最后通过算例进行说明，为企业物流分销提供一些有益的思考。
