| 摘 要： | 分析了全国耕，林，草地动态监测的2个层次：总量监测和地块监测，进行了总量动态监测系统的总体设计，此系统由普遍调查系统，抽样调查系统，遥感影像判读系统，数据库系统和决策支持系统等部分组成，最后提出实施计划，包括：实施原则，时间安排及组织领导等。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the productivity monitoring and plot monitoring of cropland,forest and grassland dynamic monitoring in China,and introduced the collective design of total productivity dynamic monitoring.This system was composed of general investigation system,sampling investigation system,remote sensing image judging system,database system and decision-making supportive system.At last proposed applying plan,which included applying rule,time arrangement,organizing and management. |
