| 摘 要： | “:科学管理”诞生以来极大地提高了组织的效率,是管理史上的一次变革。但是,随着人类社会的发展和管理实践不断向纵向的延伸,“科学管理”越来越多地暴露出种种弊端;与此同时“,人本管理”在实践中显示其强大的优越性,“人本管理”已经被越来越多的企业所运用“,人本管理”在实践中已成为企业管理的必然。

| Abstract: | Scientific management has improved the efficiency organized greatly since its born,and is a great change in the management history , but vertical extension constantly with the development and management practice of the human society , scientific management exposes all sorts of drawbacks more and more. Meanwhile, this management of people shows its strong superiority in practice, management of people is adopting more and more enterprises already, management of people has become business administration inevitable in practice. |
