考虑延迟的项目资源能力分配问题研究

资源能力分配是项目成败的关键因素之一。文中在成本优化的目标下,研究如何利用延迟的思想来解决如何分配项目的资源。研究表明可以按照延迟资源分配过程的逆向顺序,首先确定最优延迟期资源能力,再考虑全部资源以多大比例进行延迟,最后确定最优初始资源能力。并且通过算例表明考虑延迟后的项目资源能力分配可以取得更好的效果。

A Study on Resource Capability Distribution of Project Based on Postponement

Resource capability distribution is one key factor of the successful project.This paper studies the application of the thoughts of postponement into resources distribution for project cost optimization.The implement steps are concluded as follows:first,confirming the optimized resource capability of postponement period,then considering the postponement rate of the whole re-source,finally,confirming the optimized initial resource.Furthermore,the case study indicates that distributing the resource capa-bility based on postponement can obtain the better effect.
