| 摘 要： | 农村工业化是新农村建设目标实现的根本途径。只有通过企业文化的建设,构建新型农民的主体性,才能在农村工业化的进程中,自觉克服城市工业化中的种种缺陷,走一条以人的幸福为最终目的的生态化、特色化和集群化的道路。
