| 摘 要： | 质量安全一直都是国家质量监督检验检疫总局系统进行管理,但从生产到消费的环节很多,各环节的质量安全检测不能有效衔接,借鉴国际物流中的商检环节,构建了国内物流系统中法定检验体系框架,以保证在社会商品流通各环节的商品质量安全。
